I have been working with Edwards for years and have always received top notch service. James was my recent tech, he came and tuned everything up and made sure I am in working order. Technician (Jeremy) was on time (even early) very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. found the problem right away and repaired it in no time at all. When he was done, he thoroughly explained the problem and the repair he performed. The price was fair, but more importantly than the $ is that he sincerely felt like an honest person.

This company has been taking excellent care of our heating & A/C systems since we moved here in 2006 - we've been very happy with their service and the expertise and mannerisms of their technicians. Bryan came out today and gave us a thorough check & cleaning on our systems - all in all another good report - as well as a heads up that our 2003 heat pump may have a couple of years left! We appreciate that heads up! Their maintenance program is excellent and has helped our systems last a long time. Thank you Bryan!

I had a technician come out to do a check of my HVAC system on my home since one hadn't been done in quite a while.The Technician called me up when they were close and we're right on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the system. Helped with any questions or concerns I had. They told me that they had been in the field for many years and it showed. Great customer service and efficiency.I signed up for the PMA so that another Tech would come out and check on my heater in 4-5 months. I might have them come back and install the air scrubber as well since the pollen is so bad this year and it would help with my home being easier for myself to breathe since I have Asthma.Definitely would recommend Edwards Heating & Air

Great experience! James came out to my home to perform a free, follow-up routine inspection of the A/C unit his company installed back in 2019. He was very helpful and friendly, and paid attention to details I feel others would miss. He instructed me on things I can fix and manage myself, rather than try to up-sell me on their service. My wife and I have been working to de-clutter our basement area, and the inspection day fell during a very inconvenient time for a service man, as that particular area was a bit of a mess. James was very understanding, and made short work navigating the unfortunate circumstance. He even socialized with my toddler before leaving, taking time to say 'Hi' and be just, generally, a good neighbor, despite no doubt having a schedule to manage and keep up. James was exceptional, and I appreciate Edwards Heating & Air for going the extra mile to be friendly, helpful, and just genuinely good people, on top of being very professional.

My experience with Edwards has been perfect thus far. They are easy to do business with and I appreciate the time the techs take to explain what they're doing and why it's important. If you make an appointment, ask for Jeff. He has the experience and expertise needed to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.

Always very responsive. When the crazy Georgia weather gifted us with 70's and 80's in December, we turned on the AC and found that our main floor unit went to be with Jesus. Called Edwards and had a rep onsite within a few days (luckily temperature went back down so we weren't in desperate need of the AC). We got a replacement within a week. Edwards has been taking care of our HVAC maintenance since we bought the house and they have done a bang up job. Of course they've got a good portion of our money 💰 since we've moved in, but that's what goes with home ownership, right? I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Edwards has always been my go to since I moved to the Acworth area in 2014. The guys are always super friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Dwayne usually services my home. Today I had Jeremy and he was great. Got my heat up and working in no time at all. Great at explaining what was going on and helpful all around. Thank you guys!

I called today about a potential issue with my thermostat and also to schedule maintenance. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and sent a tech to my home the same day. Jeremy came out and he was fabulous! He was polite, professional, personable and knowledgeable! Great representation for the company!

I found Edwards through the recommendation of a friend, and I’m very pleased with them so far! Today was my first HVAC maintenance appointment, and James was the technician. Edwards Heating & Air took care of all my HVAC needs for my home (also my business office) for three years before I relocated. I'd owned my home for 20 years, and I'd used a number of local HVAC service companies - Edwards beats them all hands down! Rates are reasonable and the service techs are amazing - very customer service focused, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend them!

Omg. No words to describe how great James Knox is. My husband had surgery and the night before he was scheduled to be discharged, our air went out. Both units not working. I was a wreck. Edwards came highly recommended, so I called them. James came, did a thorough job explaining our choices, fixed the downstairs unit, gave us options about the upstairs unit, was helping us stay positive in the midst of my husband’s moaning and groaning for pain. He was exactly what we needed at today. Reassuring, understanding, effective and efficient. Made our day. I will never have to look in yellow pages or Yelp for an HVAC guy again ! Thank you James. You went above and beyond.

I want to take a moment and share my experience with Edwards Heating & Air and their technician James. This was my first time using their services. My air wasn’t cooling like it should. Georgia, June, no air, no good. I looked at many companies and many customer reviews. All the reviews for Edwards were great with one exception, literally, just one. I decided to call and make an appointment. I’m glad I did. They got me setup for same day service. I didn’t expect that. It’s that Georgia, June, no air thing. When the tech arrived I told him what was happening. James diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He explained what he found and what the fix would be. Then James told me how Edwards could reduce today’s bill as well as my long term costs. This would help extend the life of my cooling and heating system. I got same day service, a quick repair, a great tech, savings, and long term protection for my cooling and heating systems. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for a long time.

I would not recommend Edwards heating and Air. The guy showed up 3 hours late. And wanted to scam us, no one should have to pay for the supplies to run a test especially when it's a couple thousand.

Edwards installed equipment from original construction.They had to come out a few times due to issues we were having and made sure we knew how to use system to the best of its performance. We have kept them as our service provider due to their professionalism, honesty and integrity. When they come for maintenance everyone that has visited our home has been so engaging and during COVID very respectful and making sure we know every service performed to our units. Recommend them to anyone that asks! Thank you for knowing what Customer Service is all about!
