Great local business! Called them to set an appointment because my heater wasn't working. They sent out James the next day, and he was awesome. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and get me up and running in minutes. He also checked additional things due to age of the furnace and gave me good tips to keep things running smoothly. They were also very professional and honest. They've instantly become my go to.

Great technicians and quality work throughout my years of experience with Edwards. In their most recent visit, the tech (James) spent a lot of time educating and helping me to address possible concerns before they become bigger issues. This has been a consistent theme with all the techs (Scott, etc) that have visited through our annual maintenance plan. Solid prices on the two furnaces they installed and happy with their workmanship. Appreciate the high bar they set for themselves and the persistent attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

HVAC decided to break down days before Christmas and a bomb cyclone. I called Edwards and got a next-day appointment.Billy, from Edwards, fixed the issue and even gave me a mini tour of the system, making it less of a black box for me. In the end, I'm a happy customer.

Professional, knowledgeable. This is my first year employing Edwards as my HVAC maintenance team. After years of using the larger companies in the area with less than optimal results, I decided to research and find a local company and found great reviews and BBB ratings for Edwards. Glad I was able to locate them. On routine maintenance visits to my home, Edwards provided detailed information on my system and the maintenance work they perform. I feel confident in their technical expertise and highly recommend them. Thanks James and the Edwards staff!

Jeremy was efficient and knowledgeable. He found our heating unit issue quickly, provided us with pictures and fixed the issue right away. I am glad Jeremy was the technician that came to service our heating unit, with his 20 + years of service it is no wonder why he was so amazing!

We moved to Edwards a few years ago and they have been heads and shoulders better than our previous ( and well-advertised) HVAC company. They have replaced each of units and did a great job, plus their professional service techs do a great job when they perform a seasonal check up.I highly recommend this family-owned company, they are responsive and professional. 5 Stars!!

Called Edward's to check my furnace because the heat wasn't coming on. Gentleman called and said he would be here in 15 minutes. Arrived on time and thoroughly checked my system to ensure it was repaired and it was working at least 4 times. Jeremy was awesome.

My wife and I, were in the hospital for five days, as we had a newborn baby. We got back home, and the heat wasn’t working. With 3 hours of calling, Bryan came over, & rewired the furnace, & fixed bad wiring on the outside unit. The work he did in such little time, is incredible. The house is very cool now. I’m not calling anyone else to work on my unit. We are very grateful.

Billy Carter at Edward's Heating & Air, Acworth was the super hero for the day! Made a call to their office, we had a very sweet rep, Alexis took the request of No AC. Within just a few hours, Billy Carter was on the way. Thank you for being so knowledgeable in your craft. The house is back cooling again. You're the best!!

I was a long time customer with Edwards and my last service was with Bryan. He diagnosed that my capacitor needed to be replaced to the tune of $222 or the part alone. I looked on Home Depot's website and that part costs $30. Ititerally took him 5 minutes to replace it. When I called the office, I was told that the manager was on vacation. It has been a long time and I have received no call back. I KNOW that I was overcharged and it is sad that this is being allowed to happen.

James at Edwards Heating and Air was amazing! Our A/C went out last night and the heat was brutal. I called them this morning and they came this afternoon - already that made them my best friends! James showed me exactly what was wrong and replaced just the part that needed replacement. He also gave me some very good tips on system maintenance. I will never call anyone else for HVAC service!

My HVAC quit working today around 3pm. I called another company and they said that they were not able to get back to me until August 2nd. So I called Edwards and they were here and repaired my AC by 5pm! Great work Scott! Thanks for the quick response!

I had a bad experience with these people.Be careful of them.I had an ugly experience and called to report one of the staff (Bryan) and I was told the manager will get back to me and I am still waiting for an explanation on why I serviced in May and made some repairs paid over $400 and called back because same AC stopped working in July and I was asked to pay $397 again which I did because the house was too hot. please be careful

Edwards is great. Service techs always call before arriving. I have two systems in my house installed from 2007. The call to edwards have always been resolved on the first visit. The tech Billy Carter is always helpful in explaining the issue and whats need to resolve it and you don’t feel like your being given a story to include services you don’t need.

I wish I had more stars to give.James came out to my house today, July 3rd 2022, a Sunday, to take care of a bad capacitor. It’s 80 degrees at 9 am outside my small brick home, with no shade, and my pregnant wife is hitting her limit already. So, fully believing it to be a waste of time, I called Edwards, left a message just hoping for something within the next week, and prepared to spend the holiday away from the melting house. James called me back in no time, listened to my situation, and told me he will take care of me TODAY. Within an hour of that call, James appeared and 30 minutes after that my house was livable again. And James even worked with me to help keep the price manageable.James really took care of me and my family today. He went so far above and beyond that I can’t quite thank him or Edwards enough. At every turn, time and time again, Edwards keeps proving to me how awesome they are, and I’m happy to say, it’s a lesson worth learning.Thank you James. I hope your holiday is as awesome as you are!

Dissatisfied with today's visit for routine A/C service. Edward's has only recommended when filters need changing in the past. I usually change them if needed. Today the tech recommends he change them & gets approval from a family member since I could not be at home. My complaint is he did not show them to my relative or get approval for the cost, $132.00 for two filters. These filters cost about half at home improvement stores. I believe Edward's should be more up front about the cost.

Best pricing for a new AC and heating. We did quotes from 3 different companies! Very nice and recommend them 100 %. They did a great job installing and making sure everything worked correctly and running smoothly before leaving. Even came out to check it when I had a question on a noise I had noticed. No questions asked!!

James was awesome! He walked me through everything that he did and all of my options as far as improvements I could make to my system. He also gave me some insight into the 2 units in my house, which we did not install and knew little about, so I knew more about their age, efficiency, and what kind of issues I might see in the next few years. 100% would recommend Edwards Heating & Air.

Technician (Jeremy) was on time (even early) very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. found the problem right away and repaired it in no time at all. When he was done, he thoroughly explained the problem and the repair he performed. The price was fair, but more importantly than the $ is that he sincerely felt like an honest person.

This company has been taking excellent care of our heating & A/C systems since we moved here in 2006 - we've been very happy with their service and the expertise and mannerisms of their technicians. Bryan came out today and gave us a thorough check & cleaning on our systems - all in all another good report - as well as a heads up that our 2003 heat pump may have a couple of years left! We appreciate that heads up! Their maintenance program is excellent and has helped our systems last a long time. Thank you Bryan!

I had a technician come out to do a check of my HVAC system on my home since one hadn't been done in quite a while.The Technician called me up when they were close and we're right on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the system. Helped with any questions or concerns I had. They told me that they had been in the field for many years and it showed. Great customer service and efficiency.I signed up for the PMA so that another Tech would come out and check on my heater in 4-5 months. I might have them come back and install the air scrubber as well since the pollen is so bad this year and it would help with my home being easier for myself to breathe since I have Asthma.Definitely would recommend Edwards Heating & Air

Great experience! James came out to my home to perform a free, follow-up routine inspection of the A/C unit his company installed back in 2019. He was very helpful and friendly, and paid attention to details I feel others would miss. He instructed me on things I can fix and manage myself, rather than try to up-sell me on their service. My wife and I have been working to de-clutter our basement area, and the inspection day fell during a very inconvenient time for a service man, as that particular area was a bit of a mess. James was very understanding, and made short work navigating the unfortunate circumstance. He even socialized with my toddler before leaving, taking time to say 'Hi' and be just, generally, a good neighbor, despite no doubt having a schedule to manage and keep up. James was exceptional, and I appreciate Edwards Heating & Air for going the extra mile to be friendly, helpful, and just genuinely good people, on top of being very professional.
