I always love seeing James arrive at the house he is so friendly and knowledgeable. We are having electrical issues and he knew just what to do he referred us to a great electrical company and they are coming out today. I do not know who does the hiring at Edwards Heating and Air but everyone they send out are top-notch individuals, and same goes for the office personnel. Today we had the pleasure of having Chad check our AC/Heating units and I don’t know how anyone could be any better. Professional and personable, he is welcome here anytime, and I would give Edwards the highest of recommendations. Another 5 stars for Edwards!*****I don’t know how long we have used Edwards ( a few years now) and they have given us top-notch and prompt service since Day One. Everyone that has represented Edwards, both here at my home and in the office has been great ! Today’s visit we had an extremely friendly representative ( Brian) that did great work with a smile. He is another excellent representative of this company and would welcome him any time we need professional and conscientious service. We moved to a new home last summer and just had Edward's come out today for our first yearly maintenance. I am so pleased with the service. Hayden was polite, patient and thorough. I had many questions since we have 2 traditional systems and one heat pump system. One of the traditional systems is a complicated (but efficient) Carrier Infinity. He answered all of my questions and did an exceptionally thorough job on inspecting and adjusting all of the units. I also had him install a new programmable thermostat in place of an old manual one.I will surely keep Edward's as my heating and air company for future maintenance, repairs and replacements. From my experience, I highly recommend them.

My HVAC unit went offline, so I reached out to Edward’s for help. Billy came out to service the unit and had it up and running in just 15 minutes. He provided excellent service and even took the time to explain how to register my unit. I also signed up for their yearly service plan. If you need HVAC service, I highly recommend giving Edward’s a call!
