We moved to a new home last summer and just had Edward's come out today for our first yearly maintenance. I am so pleased with the service. Hayden was polite, patient and thorough. I had many questions since we have 2 traditional systems and one heat pump system. One of the traditional systems is a complicated (but efficient) Carrier Infinity. He answered all of my questions and did an exceptionally thorough job on inspecting and adjusting all of the units. I also had him install a new programmable thermostat in place of an old manual one.I will surely keep Edward's as my heating and air company for future maintenance, repairs and replacements. From my experience, I highly recommend them.

He provided excellent service and even took the time to explain how to register my unit. I also signed up for their yearly service plan. If you need HVAC service, I highly recommend giving Edward’s a call!

Brian, the lead tech,was exceptional. I observed his actions and concluded this man cares about doing the right thing for his fellow man. I witnessed Brian looking at my installed heating air equipment and pointing out mistakes made and writing up a repair order to correct the initial equipment installation for my new build residence.This person take professional pride in his work and truly cares about people.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Joe from Edwards Heating & Air in Horsham, PA, while assisting a neighbor with an AC issue. Joe’s attitude was incredibly unprofessional and rude, which overshadowed the situation we were trying to resolve.When I approached him as a translator, explaining my role as a neighbor, Joe immediately dismissed me. His aggressive demeanor was shocking, as he claimed I had caused the problems and expressed his frustration about having to work on the weekend. While I understand that weekends can be challenging, it’s essential for a contractor to maintain a level of professionalism, especially when they are receiving overtime pay.Instead of engaging in constructive dialogue, Joe responded with hostility, stating he didn’t care and blaming me for the issues at hand. This kind of behavior not only reflects poorly on him but also on the company as a whole. If you choose to work in customer service, it’s crucial to be courteous and respectful, regardless of the circumstances.I urge Edwards Heating & Air to reconsider their employee selection and training processes. It’s vital to have team members who can handle stress with professionalism and treat customers—and their neighbors—with respect. Unfortunately, my experience with Joe will make me think twice before considering their services again.

Edwards Heating & Air is the company you want to call when you need service. Billy Carter was my technician. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was waiting for me when I arrived home. Billy was professional, courteous, patient in answering all of my questions, and knew exactly what to look for and fix. He made my day when my unit only needed a capacitor and that he had it on his truck. My unit is 20 years old. That is service! Edwards Heating and Air is who I will be calling from now on! Ken was absolutely amazing. Not only did he fix my heating problem, but he also changed my filter, provided tips on maintaining the best temperature in my house, and advised on how often I should change my filter given that my home is in a new construction community.
