I woke up to 56 degrees in our upstairs. Our heat stopped working and we called Edwards, they had James out to our house the following afternoon. He was very pleasant and professional (I didn’t even have to ask him to cover his shoes) He got the furnace working within 15 minutes.👍🏼

My experience with Edwards has been perfect thus far. They are easy to do business with and I appreciate the time the techs take to explain what they're doing and why it's important. If you make an appointment, ask for Jeff or Jeremy. They have the experience and expertise needed to quickly diagnose and resolve issues. They also leave detailed documentation from their visit for your records.

This was the second time I have used Edwards heating and air and I have been very pleased. Billy came out and saw the problem immediately and did not tack on any extra charges or pretend that something else was wrong. My air conditioner is up and running.

My husband and I are very disappointed in our service with Edwards Heating and Air. They came out and “fixed” our HVAC unit two weeks ago and it has already broke again. We called Friday after hours and were told we would get a call first thing Monday morning to schedule service. We did not get a call first thing this morning, so we had to call them. They said they could not send anyone out until the next day. They do not appear to be concerned about the quality of their work or timeliness in serving their clientele. We do not recommend this company.

I used this company to fix my HVAC unit because they were the ones that installed it for the previous owner. I even enrolled in their seasonal maintenance program. Whoever worked on my system did not tuck all the wires in and caused a short causing me to replace the capacitor, condenser fan, and defrost board (based on new invoice). I would not recommend this company to do quality work and definitely not enroll in their maintenance program.

10/10, would recommend. Billy was great. Very personable and patient. Our 9 month old slept thru the entire process. In less than an hour, he quickly diagnosed the issue and explained to me the entire process for transparency. He explained how to extend the life of our condensing unit without being overly pushy or giving me the maintenance sales pitch.

Great local business! Called them to set an appointment because my heater wasn't working. They sent out James the next day, and he was awesome. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and get me up and running in minutes. He also checked additional things due to age of the furnace and gave me good tips to keep things running smoothly. They were also very professional and honest. They've instantly become my go to.

Great technicians and quality work throughout my years of experience with Edwards. In their most recent visit, the tech (James) spent a lot of time educating and helping me to address possible concerns before they become bigger issues. This has been a consistent theme with all the techs (Scott, etc) that have visited through our annual maintenance plan. Solid prices on the two furnaces they installed and happy with their workmanship. Appreciate the high bar they set for themselves and the persistent attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

HVAC decided to break down days before Christmas and a bomb cyclone. I called Edwards and got a next-day appointment.Billy, from Edwards, fixed the issue and even gave me a mini tour of the system, making it less of a black box for me. In the end, I'm a happy customer.

Professional, knowledgeable. This is my first year employing Edwards as my HVAC maintenance team. We moved to Edwards a few years ago and they have been heads and shoulders better than our previous ( and well-advertised) HVAC company. They have replaced each of units and did a great job, plus their professional service techs do a great job when they perform a seasonal check up.I highly recommend this family-owned company, they are responsive and professional. 5 Stars!!

Called Edward's to check my furnace because the heat wasn't coming on. Gentleman called and said he would be here in 15 minutes. Arrived on time and thoroughly checked my system to ensure it was repaired and it was working at least 4 times. Jeremy was awesome.

My wife and I, were in the hospital for five days, as we had a newborn baby. We got back home, and the heat wasn’t working. With 3 hours of calling, Bryan came over, & rewired the furnace, & fixed bad wiring on the outside unit. The work he did in such little time, is incredible. The house is very cool now. I’m not calling anyone else to work on my unit. We are very grateful.

I was a long time customer with Edwards and my last service was with Bryan. He diagnosed that my capacitor needed to be replaced to the tune of $222 or the part alone. I looked on Home Depot's website and that part costs $30. Ititerally took him 5 minutes to replace it. When I called the office, I was told that the manager was on vacation. It has been a long time and I have received no call back. I KNOW that I was overcharged and it is sad that this is being allowed to happen.

James at Edwards Heating and Air was amazing! Our A/C went out last night and the heat was brutal. I called them this morning and they came this afternoon - already that made them my best friends! James showed me exactly what was wrong and replaced just the part that needed replacement. He also gave me some very good tips on system maintenance. I will never call anyone else for HVAC service!
