Edwards Heating & Air is the company you want to call when you need service. Billy Carter was my technician. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was waiting for me when I arrived home. Billy was professional, courteous, patient in answering all of my questions, and knew exactly what to look for and fix. He made my day when my unit only needed a capacitor and that he had it on his truck. My unit is 20 years old. That is service! Edwards Heating and Air is who I will be calling from now on! And I highly recommend you call them as well and be sure to ask for Billy Carter!

Ken was absolutely amazing. Not only did he fix my heating problem, but he also changed my filter, provided tips on maintaining the best temperature in my house, and advised on how often I should change my filter given that my home is in a new construction community. As a first-time homeowner, I truly appreciated the time he spent helping me understand the heating and air components of my home. Five-star service!

I want to thank Edward's. For resolving my no heat problem when the temperature dropped drastically. The technician who arrived at my residence was extremely knowledgeable and very competent and able to diagnose the problem in a minimal amount of time. Bryan saved our family $7000. After having reliable heating and air out to our home the day before, we were told that we needed an entirely new system because ours was broken and not able to be fixed. We decided to get a second opinion with Edwards heating and air, and we are so thankful we did. Bryan identified the issue almost immediately and rewired our system to function Properly. It has been five days and our home has never gone above the temperature the thermostat is set to. First time all summer! Couldn’t be more thankful

BE CAREFUL. Trusted them for almost 5 years with our HVAC system maintenance. They actually did great work on extending our ducts in the basement a few years back. That all changed last week. The semi annual maintenance check revealed some mold growing around cracked mastic sealant. Instead of offering to reseal the ducts and some light cleaning, I was told it would be a good idea to install UV air purifiers on my 3 units. And luckily, they were $500 off today and only $1100 each…$3300 for the system. I decided to put the work off and do some research. Upon inspecting the units and the mold, I realized it was an easy fix. $20 in mastic paste at HD and some rubber gloves. Come to find out, that if we had agreed to the $3300 it still wouldn’t have helped the mold growth. Trust is everything in home repair, they lost mine. Hopefully, this might save some other people money.

After a routine maintenance check in January, my unit became loud and stopped heating. They replaced the thermostat but didn’t wait to ensure the problem was fixed. When the house failed to warm, another tech found a major restriction in the system that was not there on the m-check. We were told this was a coincident. A failed attempt was made to clear the restriction ultimately requiring a costly system replacement. Installation of a new system started 2 days later, after a full day of work we were told the new control board was bad. The following day the control board was replaced but the system was still not working. Eventually they replaced the new outside unit and we finally were able to heat the house. In May, the AC stopped working. We had our new HVAC company come out who found multiple installations errors made by Edwards. Errors including faulty placement of drainage lines and evaporating coils installed upside down causing water to splash into the air duct.In conclusion, we may not be able to prove that Edward’s Heating and Air damaged our system when they came out to do the regular scheduled maintenance in January but we can confidently report neglectful, dismissive and incompetent service on all levels of this company.

I chose Edwards heating & air because they had the best price for a new condensor & coil. Turns out their staff is great too! Luis & Jackson were both very kind, personable and knowledgeable with getting my new equipment up and running. We have used Edwards Heating and Air on multiple occasions for over 20 years and never had a bad experience or a technician who wasn’t “top notch”…. I called about 11:30am on Friday requesting service on a malfunctioning AC unit and Bryan was here by 2:30pm the same day. He quickly identified the problem and replaced a capacitor before checking the refrigerant, etc and had our AC blowing cold air within 10 - 15 minutes!! Thank you Bryan and Edwards Heating and Air!!!

Edwards Heating & Air installed a Carrier Infinity system for me in a four-zone environment. I am really enjoying the system, which is quiet and which has made my home comfortable throughout. Edwards Heating and Air is so reliable and trustworthy, when I’ve needed service they have come out quickly. They give you up front pricing and their receipts have pictures and what they did.Today I had them install a completely new 4 ton HVAC system. They quoted it on Monday and installed it on Thursday. Kept me posted all the way, calling before they came out and the day before.They are committed to world class service and treat you as family.

I woke up to 56 degrees in our upstairs. Our heat stopped working and we called Edwards, they had James out to our house the following afternoon. He was very pleasant and professional (I didn’t even have to ask him to cover his shoes) He got the furnace working within 15 minutes.👍🏼

My husband and I are very disappointed in our service with Edwards Heating and Air. They came out and “fixed” our HVAC unit two weeks ago and it has already broke again. We called Friday after hours and were told we would get a call first thing Monday morning to schedule service. We did not get a call first thing this morning, so we had to call them. They said they could not send anyone out until the next day. They do not appear to be concerned about the quality of their work or timeliness in serving their clientele. We do not recommend this company.

We shall not be liable for any losses due to vandalism, fire, flood, or also acts of God.
Under this contract, you agree to permit our personnel the use of common tools such as ladders, etc.
Any additional repairs needed for equipment will not be performed without authorization from the equipment owner.
