Tech came out for an emergency call. Got furnace up and running by replacing pressure sensor but left behind a large pile of rust that was falling into the unit from the exhaust duct. Unit malfunctioned again a few days later. They came out again and I paid them to replace exhaust ducts as well. Unit continued to malfunction and they were unable to resolve. I called Allatoona Heating and Cooling and they identified the issue as a panel that wasn't tightened down and was causing air leakage issues with pressure sensor installed during Edwards' first call. 2 stars for getting a tech out same day to at least get us through the weekend and attempting to follow up and resolve the issue, but disappointed that 2 different techs were unable to diagnose the root cause and I ultimately had to call another provider.

My heat wasn't working properly and Billy came out to inspect my system. The problem was trash had clogged the unit and it had to clean. Although I had service in the past, no technician mentioned the PMA Program. Billy was very knowledgeable and professional.

Had a clown from this company tailgate me for no reason on Bells Ferry while taking my son to school. Then honked at me while we were sitting in traffic. Where exactly are you going to go? lol

I've been using Edwards for years since moving into our new home back in 2014. I consistently review my service contracts with them year after year. We had to replace our entire system this past summer, and any issues or questions we have had they are quick to address. One of their techs that was in the area (Scott) came out to address a drain line issue the same day I reported it to James. Great group of folks with excellent customer service.

Billy Carter was my service technician. I appreciated the call prior to arrival. In addition, he was thorough and gave me a report on unit. He was courteous and respectful of my home. Glad I have the service contract to ensure my unit is in good working order.

Highly Recommend! I initially had a problem with my AC repair, but this company really stood behind their work. They offered me a refund and then came back out to actually fix the issue instead of just covering it up. Hayden, the tech, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and ensured everything was working properly. Shane took care of things on the front end with honesty and professionalism. I really appreciate the way they handled the whole situation—definitely a company that cares about their customers!

This company is hands down some of the nicest folks to deal with. I had a thermostat issue, and not only did they get someone out here first thing this morning, but the work was priced fairly and done right.My technician, Bryan, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thermostat was replaced in minutes, and he took the extra time to look over my systems and give me some tips on how to get the best performance possible from my systems. Would recommend this company, and especially Bryan, to anyone looking for HVAC services.

SCOTT is the man. We called to get a second opinion after a horrible first visit with a big box company that claimed to be a mom and pop type and completely focused on upselling. Scott came in fixed the issue and we now have warranty with him because of how well he did. Transparency, honesty and experience goes a long way and if you’re looking for that call Edward’s and ASK for Scott.

I recently had Edwards Heating and Air in for maintenance. While the service itself was fine, my biggest frustration was their lack of basic courtesy. They had to cut into the sheetrock in the ceiling but did not provide any plastic or drop cloths to protect my home. This is an area where my pets eat, and after their first visit, I learned that I should move everything or it would be covered in chunks of Sheetrock and dust.In fact, the technician even asked me for something to cover a piece of furniture—why isn’t this something they provide? For a professional service, I expected more care to protect my home and belongings.

Consumer Warning: Edwards Heating and AirI strongly warn against using Edwards Heating and Air due to their deceptive practices. I hired them to inspect an HVAC issue at my rental property, quoted at $85 with a promise to provide an estimate before additional work. The issue was a missing drain pan plug, likely removed by someone else. Instead of contacting me, they performed unauthorized "drainout cleaning," which I believe was likely just vacuuming, and charged an extra $150, totaling $235. Given the missing plug, a clogged drain was highly unlikely. I was misled and unable to address this during a medical procedure. Their failure to honor our agreement and questionable charges show a lack of integrity. Choose a trustworthy HVAC provider instead.

I would definitely give them zero points. When you call to schedule an appointment they do not respect you and keep asking stupid questions and scheduling an appointment then the technician do not show up. When I called again the lady on the phone was very rude and again and agin asking questions then gave you any date without sending anyone. Finally she fave me an appointment and I will see if they gonna show up this time. Terrible services

Excellent experience, arrived on time, tech David was professional and courteous and I appreciated that very much. He didn't recommend extra things or try to upsell. He explained clearly what the issue was and what my options were and answered all of my questions in an open manner. I will definitely use them again.

We are having electrical issues and he knew just what to do he referred us to a great electrical company and they are coming out today. I do not know who does the hiring at Edwards Heating and Air but everyone they send out are top-notch individuals, and same goes for the office personnel. Today we had the pleasure of having Chad check our AC/Heating units and I don’t know how anyone could be any better. Professional and personable, he is welcome here anytime, and I would give Edwards the highest of recommendations. Another 5 stars for Edwards!*****I don’t know how long we have used Edwards ( a few years now) and they have given us top-notch and prompt service since Day One. Everyone that has represented Edwards, both here at my home and in the office has been great ! Today’s visit we had an extremely friendly representative ( Brian) that did great work with a smile. He is another excellent representative of this company and would welcome him any time we need professional and conscientious service. Edwards is a model service company. I have used them several times. Friendly, prompt scheduling; Great techs like Billy who just came for my yearly maintenance contract.
